Project

Afyon İnşaat's Green Park Premium Villas is a new residential quarter in Afyonkarahisar, with villas with private pools, apartment blocks and shared amenities. We produced the kitchen and bathroom countertops for the project: light quartz in the kitchens, veined grey marble in the bathrooms. Every top was measured on site, cut in our factory with its hob openings, the sink seat recessed on CNC by the depth of the sink rim so the sink sits flush with no lip above the surface, and installed by our team.

Scope

Quartz in the kitchen, marble in the bathroom

In the kitchens the worktop and splashback are the same quartz, reading as one surface. In the bathrooms, grey marble with a deep front edge balances the warm timber cabinets.

Process

From block to building

Measuring, production and inspection by one team.

Survey and cutting
Each kitchen was measured once the cabinets were in; hob and downdraft openings were cut in the factory.
Kitchen installation
Worktop and splashback were fitted together, keeping joints to a minimum.
Bathroom tops
The Grigio Lavaredo tops were made with a deep front edge, keeping the direction of the veining.
Basins and taps
Undermount basins were set into the tops and tap holes drilled to suit.
