From block to finished piece, under one roof
In our facility in Afyonkarahisar we cut natural stone to size, calibrate it, shape it on robot and CNC, and finish it by hand. Every step happens in our own workshop, with our own team.

How we work
The whole process stays in our hands
We do not outsource a single stage, from stone selection to shipping. Slabs are lifted from the stock yard into the hall by overhead crane, cut to size, calibrated where needed, then shaped on our robot and CNC machines.
Where the machine stops, the craftsman takes over: detail retouching, final polishing and quality control are done by hand. Every piece is checked for dimensions and surface before it is packed.
Machinery
Every job on the right machine
From three-dimensional carving to straight cuts, each job runs on the machine suited to it — and where the machine finishes, the craftsman begins.
Robotic carving
An industrial robot with a rotary table carves three-dimensional pieces — sculpture, capitals, reliefs and figurative fireplaces — directly from the digital model.
5-axis CNC
A bridge-type 5-axis CNC machines sink cut-outs, profiles, grooves, curved cuts and carvings with the same precision, piece after piece.
Bridge sawing
Slabs are cut to size here; mitred and angled cuts and bookmatched pieces are prepared on these saws.
Edge finishing and polishing
A multi-head edge line produces straight edges, bevels and polish in a single pass, at the same quality on every piece.
Calibration
Brings pieces to an even thickness, so floors and cladding stay flat and joints stay aligned.
Hand finishing
Where the machine finishes, the craftsman begins: detail retouching, final polish and quality control by hand.

Your file goes straight to the machine
A technical drawing, a 3D model or just a sketch — whatever stage your project is at, we make it ready for production.
Send your file
DWG, DXF, 3DM, SKP, PDF or a dimensioned sketch. Tell us the stone and finish you have in mind; if you haven't decided, we choose together.
We refine the model together
We complete missing dimensions and build the piece in 3D. Production starts with the technical drawing you approve.
Machine programming
Toolpaths are prepared for robot and CNC; vein direction and part layout on the slab are planned.
Production, inspection, shipping
The piece is machined, hand-finished and inspected, then securely packed and shipped.

Afyonkarahisar Organized Industrial Zone
The production hall with its overhead crane, the open stock yard and the shipping area share one site. Slabs move from yard to hall, finished pieces from hall to truck — all in one place.
